Two weeks ago, a trade caravan traveling in the Northern Wood was attacked, leaving mutated corpses and enigmatic clues.
Logan Grenbrook is a mage with the Gen’Dom Order. Ambitious and resourceful, Logan takes on missions to improve his standing and make a little side profit. When assigned to the caravan investigation, he considers it another opportunity.
The small party follows a grisly trail into the dark heart of the Northern Wood. The deeper they delve, the more broken the landscape and fierce the wildlife becomes. In its heart, they battle an abomination of nature and find entrance to an underground complex.
Within its halls, Logan encounters magic which defies the possible and a creature that should not exist. Even if Logan survives the monster’s horrific intent, he may not be able to prevent an apocalypse from being unleashed.
